Followup on distributed release management

Haven't gotten any off list responses. Glenn did get 12-14 responses from team leads. Noted that there weren't any responses (other than Chris M) for IU. Megan will touch base with Lance on this. Peter and Megan believe we should initiate this process with the willing participants

Project Lead updates

J.Leasia gave a UMich update: Jim was scheduled to begin fixing Resources bugs, but was called to Jury Duty. Beth's fixing Schedule items, Zhen is working on Assignment fixes.
Daisy from Stanford - they are busy working on bug fixes. Margaret is 100% not available for QA. Lydia has hired someone 50% to test, but they are thinking about taking a week off fixing to test. Will contact Vivie and Faust to see if they can assist in 2.3 testing
Glenn says email archive looks good. Only email archive item Glenn may fix has to due with the method in which the page is loaded as it can cause a server crash.

Most items are Resources and Jim will be getting to them. We reviewed a few Critical items that were assigned to Glenn and slated for 2.3. They won't be done, so marked fix version as unknown.
