The major features for Sakai 11 are Morpheus / Responsive design and Gradebook Enhancement Project . Those are the highlights. The other top highlights include the Dashboard, LEaP, STEP, and the PA system. Many of the strawman options did get added. Plus more. We will consolidate a summary on this page shortly!
