User should be able to add, import, export, revise, delete, and publish forms

Under Site Management category, select the Forms link

User directed to the Manage Forms page

Select the Add link

User directed to the Add Form page

3.

Enter the following:

  • Name: Test Form
  • Next to the Schema File (xsd) field, select the Select Schema File link

User directed to the Add Attachment page

4.

Next to the portfolio's resource folder, hover the mouse over the Add button

A hover menu appears

5.

Select Upload Files link from hover menu

User directed to the Upload Files page

6.

Next to the File to Upload field, select the Browse... button

Popup File Upload window appears

7.

Select schema.xsd file

  • Select the Open button

Popup window closes and the schema.xsd file now populates the field

8.

For the Display Name field, type: Test Form Add

  • Select the Upload Files Now button

User directed to the Add Attachment page where the recently uploaded file is visible

9.

Next to the Test Form Add, select the Select link

Page refreshes and the schema.xsd file is now listed under the Items to attach table

10.

Select the Continue button

Continue to enter information:

  • Document Root Node: (leave as default)
  • Instruction: Test Form instructions
  • Select the Add Form button

Next to Test Form, select the Revise link

Modify the name to read: Test Form edited

  • Select the Save Changes button

Next to Test Form edited, select the Export link

Select OK button

File downloads to desktop as a .zip file

  • Popup window closes

Next to Test Form edited, select the Publish link

User directed to the Publish Form page where a notification asks: Publishing will make this form available to others in the worksite. Are you sure you want to do this?

Select the Yes button

User directed back to the Manage Forms page and now Test Form edited should read 'published' under the Site State column

18.

Under the Portfolio Resources category, select the Resources link

Next to the portfolio's resource folder, hover the mouse over the Add link

Select New Form Item from the popup menu

User directed to the Select a form page where, under the Portfolio site's name, should be listed Test Form edited

Select Test Form edited

  • Select the Continue button

Enter the following:

  • title: Test Form Title
  • Reflection Text: Test Reflection text
  • Select the Continue button

  • Name: New Form Item Test
  • Description: Test Description
  • Leave the rest of the settings as default
  • Select the Finish button

Under the Site Management category, select the Forms link

  • At the CLE Gateway page, login as follows:
  • Username: admin
  • Password: admin
  • Select the Log In button

Select the refresh arrow icon

Page refreshes and the Test Form edited object should no longer be listed

Under Portfolio Resources category, select the Resources link

Next to the portfolio's resource folder, hover the mouse over the Add link

Select the New Form Item link from the hover menu
