Test Procedure to verify that the Evaluations tool functions properly

User should be able to create evaluation forms and sync them to Wizards

setup:

start at:

1.

Under Site Management category, select the Evaluations link

User directed to the Manage Evaluations page where Test Sequential Wizard Edited should be listed (from procedure WIZ-01)

Select the Test Sequential Wizard Edited link

User directed to the Evaluations: Test Sequential Wizard Edited page

3.

Under the Evaluations section, select the Add Evaluation link

User directed to the Evaluation form

4.

Enter the following:

• Display Name: Test Sequential Wizard Edited-aallen-Evaluation
• title: Eval tool
• Reflection Text: This is your evaluation from the evaluation tool
• Select the Save Changes button

User directed to the Status and Progression page

5.

Select the Set Status to "Complete" (Completes the workflow) radio button

• Select the Submit button

User directed to the Evaluations: Test Sequential Wizard Edited page where, under the Evaluations section, should be the recently created: Test Sequential Wizard Edited-aallen-Evaluation

Under Evaluations, select the: Test Sequential Wizard Edited-aallen-Evaluation

A new window/tab opens showing a summary of the evaluation.

7.

Switch browser to a participant session¿log in to the CLE Gateway page:

• Username: aallen
• Password: password
• Select the Log In button

User directed to the My Workspace page

8.

Select the My Portfolios tab

User directed to the portfolio index

9.

Select the relevant portfolio that is shared with the organizer

User directed to the portfolio's home page

10.

Under Portfolio Tools category, select the Wizards link

User directed to the Wizards page

11.

Select the Test Sequential Wizard Edited link

User directed to the Test Sequential Wizard Edited page where the recently created evaluation is listed under the Evaluations section

Select the Test Sequential Wizard Edited-aallen-Evaluation link

A new tab/window opens showing a summary of the evaluation.
