Functional Updates:
For next meeting Lynn Ward, Indiana University, will present recent changes by IU to be presented to trunk.
UD and IU are exploring Canvas  and other portfolio platforms at this time.
Other institutions are currently working with 3 Canoes and Montreal MATI on portfolio projects, including the Portfolios for the Future of Sakai project.
Future meeting organization plans: A request for agenda items will send out the week before the meeting. The meeting will be convened dependent upon agenda items being presented.
