Sakai 2.9 Release
Most of the Blocker issues for 2.9 have been resolved.
Release candidate 01 (2.9.0-rc01) is targeted for September 27th.
Multiple accessibility issues for Gradebook we discussed because they have patches that have yet to be applied.

All issues will be verified so they can be included in 2.9.0-rc02
There was discussion that do to lack of resources minor issues may never be address by release or maintenance teams.
No decision was made by the release team at the teleconference, it will be discussed after the 2.9 release.
Jane asked how many open Minor issues are there. (~12-14, see below)
