Some additional notes on . Waiting to see if we can line up QA resources for this as it is a large patch. We may cut Sakai 10 branch before this is determined.

We've had considerable discussion and review by the Samigo team of SAM-1943, and it looks like this will be in Sakai 10.

Portfolio sites being turned off by default is under consideration, as an alternative to stealthing which was another option discussed on the email lists.

I officially closed the code review for since there was no additional feedback. I'm considering it good to go, but need some sort of official approval before I commit it in. I'm not sure if this is CLE Team approval or PMC (or both). Let me know how to proceed.

This is a task jira to just keep track of any features out there with attached patches that are highly desirable for inclusion in the 2.10 release. Please link and add comments for why it should be included. We'll discuss these at Release Team call October 3rd, so attach them by October2nd. Then we'll figure out what it will take to get any outstanding ones merged in.
Notes:
This is not for patches ALREADY merged into trunk, because they already will be in the release
This is not for features you hope to get into 2.10 but for which there is no development effort. Perhaps a later version for those ideas.
