Add a separate reminder message for single file upload assignments

Description

The submit reminder message on the student view page for a single file upload assignment says "Don't forget to save or submit" even though there is no save button. I am attaching a patch for trunk that adds a separate message bundle key and only displays when the submissionType is single file upload.
