Sections list in Site Info is missing - Regression from 2.8

Description

The Sections listing has disappeared from Site Info (probably as a result of ).

Please check out the screenshot to understand the issue.

It is working on the 2.8 branch but not on any of the 2.9 instances or even in trunk.

To reproduce it:
In a QA test server, you can create a course site as an instructor (with several sections) and then access that site with the instructor or even with an student, you won't see the listing.

Applied patch which now displays Sections when rosters are added in Site Info (Revision 130999)

Result = SUCCESS
