Display the Sender's profile picture on received messages.

Description

Just like Forums is displaying the profile picture [1], our users would love to see the sender's picture when reading their messages.

In order to match the information displayed with the profile photo, we will change the order leaving it this way (Author, To, Subject, Label).

NOTE: none of this comment is related to the actual ticket, just a NOTE related to patches in general:
If you just upload the same file each time JIRA will version track it. You don't need to come up with a new file name each time. I think it is actually best to use the same name for the patch each time.
We do sometimes use multiple patch files but in those cases it is because patchname.txt is the first one and the a bug is found and patchname_2.txt is a fix for the bug. This is typically done when there is along time between the patch and the bug fix.
Can you remove the old ones to avoid confusion if that is OK?
