Allow subscriptions to non-public calendars

Description

This patch implements "private URLs" for all site calendars. These are unique non guessable URLs (one per user) that one can subscribe to in all calendaring clients (including MS Outlook). This means that a calendar does not have to be exported (ie, made public) in order to subscribe to it. Marge calendars will appears in the ical feed and there is a link on the synoptic view.

Integrated in calendar trunk #174 (See http://builds.sakaiproject.org:8080/job/calendar%20trunk/174/)
Allow subscriptions to non-public calendars.

This was a merge using svn --reintegrate https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn//calendar/branches/SAK-21497/ (Revision 133363)

Result = SUCCESS

I've merged in the branch at r133363

r133017 Should have merged the latest code from trunk into the branch.
I'll merge it into trunk then we can sort out the name.

I think some of that wording is because you have the existing "Subscribe to a Calendar" functionality, which was prior to 10 called "Subscriptions (import)", and this other new functionality, which was called "Export My Calendar". The naming was changed first by SAK-24409. Unless the pages are consolidated into one page there should be some way to differentiate these to the user?

I tested by just checking out the branch and the functionality works as expected.

I would suggest dropping the "Subscribe (Randomly named feeds)" and just saying "Subscribe" instead.
