- Icons for (Edit/Delete) actions will be removed (SAK-13775); create a new JIRA allowing them to be optionally added back in using CSS (SAK-13839)

- Proposal was reviewed and all liked the user interface changes
- Charles H also liked the UI changes, but felt it wouldn't meet Rutger's needs

- Proposal was reviewed and all liked the concept but wanted some more details and screenshots or mockups
- Charles H. will update proposal and develop changes in a branch for all to review on osp-nightly

- Feedback – edit/delete option (even after complete)
- Evaluations - edit/delete option (but not allowed when complete)
- Relections - allow ability to delete, prior to submitting
