Message when trying to add exception without user/group is confusing

Excepted student kicked out of quiz when site due date arrives - auto-submit quiz

Editing a Delivery Date Exception shows a duplicate of the exception being edited

If auto-submit runs after excepted due date while excepted student is in quiz, quiz is not auto-submitted, Total Score page is incorrect
