If auto-submit runs after excepted due date while excepted student is in quiz, quiz is not auto-submitted, Total Score page is incorrect

Description

This is similar to SAM-3284, except in  the excepted student submitted at the due time, but before the auto-submit ran.

This time the excepted student was in the quiz when the auto-submit job ran. The excepted student was able to continue working in the quiz. Upon submission, a submitted time was given and on the Tests & Quizzes page, the quiz showed as submitted with the time.

In the Total Scores page, the score displays but the states quiz was not submitted.

The quiz is now auto-submitted for the excepted student, so I think this does take care of the main problem I reported.

As for the "Late" in the Total Scores page, I created a separate JIRA for that yesterday: SAM-3319, so I think this JIRA can be set to tested.

The submission shows up in the Total Scores page but as late. Auto-submit is now working, just showing the submission as late when it shouldn't be marked late. Due to this is still not correct. See my comment from a week ago. I will retest when is fixed.

The quiz is now auto-submitted for the excepted student, but the total Scores page now shows it as submitted Late, which is incorrect.

The excepted due date is 10:00pm, late not allowed.I believe the Total Scores page is probably looking at the site due date, not the excepted due date, which is why it's considered late.

Look at SAM-3299, the date/time for the excepted student is correct in all screens except the last screen - Late Submissions not allowed, which displays the due date/time for the site, not the excepted due date/time.
