If excepted student is in test after excepted due date has passed, the Late Submission not allowed page has the wrong due date

Description

Tested this for both auto-submitted and non-auto-submitted quizzes. 

If the excepted student is in the test after the excepted due date passes and s/he clicks any button afterwards, the Late Submissions not allowed page gives the due date as the site due date/time, not the excepted due date/time.

The due date/time on the Tests & Quizzes page is correct, the due date/time is correct on the begin assessment page and also in the pop-up for the excepted student. The Late Submission not allowed page is the only place that has the incorrect due date.

The auto-submit should not be part of this Jira. Once the auto-submit is working correctly, I believe the student will see the correct page which states the assessment has been submitted.

Retested non-auto-submit and there are different problems for the excepted student, depending if the quiz only allowed 1 submission or unlimited submissions. Including links for complete documentation for tests and screenshots.
