Goal: Advertise group and what it's all about
Task: Make partial view of my community public
Who: Group owner and members
Scenario: Share the mission statement for our UCD group with anyone who is interested. Only core members can see most of our resources.

Goal: Give larger community a feel for what course is all about
Task: Allow non-community member to view some our resources
Who: Instructional staff
Scenario: Share my course syllabus and course materials for next week with the guest lecturer so he has context for his lecture.

Goal: Let others in the community know what's going on with our group
Task: Post an upcoming talk / seminar to my group's calendar
Who: Group members
Scenario: Update the UCD group's calendar with 2010 activities. Some activities are open to anyone in the campus community. Others are only open to core members.
