Testing Steps

Three forms (Reflection, Evaluation, and Comments) will be installed in the Forms tool

Add a Reflection Form to a CIG

Step

Action

Expected Result

Click Forms from the main navigation

The 'Form Manager' page is diplayed with all available forms that have been installed.

Click the New... link at the top of the screen.

The 'Add Form' page is displayed.

Enter the following:
Name: = 'Reflection'
Schema File (xsd) = Click the Select Schema File link to browse for your file

The 'Select Item' screen is displayed.

Click Add New link

The 'Select Item' form is displayed.

Enter the following:
Add Item Type = Select 'File Upload'
Number of Files to Upload = Select '1'
Choose a File = Click the Browse button to locate the reflection.xsd file
Title = Should be autopopulated with 'reflection.xsd'
Click Add

The 'Select Item' screen is displayed and 'reflection.xsd' file is displayed under the heading 'Items to attach'.

Click Finish

The 'Add Form' page is displayed with the Schema file 'reflection.xsd' and Document Root Node: reflection populated.

Click Save

The 'Form Manager' is displayed.

Click the link publish underneath the form 'Reflection'

The 'publish' link disappears, and the Reflection form is now available to all maintainers on the CIG.

Add an Evaluation Form to a CIG

The 'Add Form' page is displayed.

Enter the following:
Name: = 'Evaluation'
Schema File (xsd) = Click the Select Schema File link to browse for your file

The 'Select Item' screen is displayed.

Click Add New link

The 'Select Item' form is displayed.

Enter the following:
Add Item Type = 'File Upload'
Number of Files to Upload = Select '1'
Choose a File = Click the Browse button to locate the 'evaluation.xsd' file
Title = Should be autopopulated with 'evaluation.xsd'
Click Add

The 'Select Item' screen is displayed and 'evaluation.xsd' file is displayed under the heading 'Items to attach'.

Click Finish

The 'Add Form' page is displayed with the Schema file 'evaluation.xsd' and Document Root Node: evaluation populated.

Click Save

The 'Form Manager' is displayed.

Click the link publish underneath the form 'Evaluation'

The 'publish' link disappears, and the Evaluation form is now available to all maintainers on the CIG.

Add a Comments Form to a CIG

Choose a File = Click the Browse button to locate the 'comments.xsd' file
Title = Should be autopopulated with 'comments.xsd'
Click Add

The 'Select Item' screen is displayed and 'comments.xsd' file is displayed under the heading 'Items to attach'.

Click Finish

The 'Add Form' Form page is displayed with the Schema file 'comments.xsd' and Document Root Node: evaluation populated.

The 'Form Manager' page is displayed.

The 'publish' link disappears, and the Comments form is now available to all maintainers on the CIG.
