ST.Script.03.Create Another CIG

Click Glossary button from the main menu.

The 'Glossary Manager' page is displayed.

Click New... at the top of the screen.

The 'Add Glossary Term' form displays.

Enter the following:
Term = 'CIG'
Short Description = 'Common Interest Group'
Long Description = 'Common Interest Group - shared space within a portfolio where CIG members can participate in collaborative activities designed to create, share, view, and provide feedback on learning items.'
Click Save button.

The 'Glossary Manager' page is displayed with the new term 'CIG' listed.

The 'Glossary Manager' page is displayed.

Click New... at the top of the screen.

The 'Add Glossary Term' form displays.

Enter the following:
Term = 'OSPI'
Short Description = 'Open Source Portfolio Initiative'
Long Description = 'The Open Source Portfolio Initiative (OSPI) is the community, including but not limited to three working groups (Board, Council, and Committers) collaborating to build and implement open source, non-proprietary electronic portfolio software. OSPI hosts a website at http://www.osportfolio.org.'
Click Save button.

The 'Glossary Manager' page is displayed with the new term 'OSPI' listed.

Click Glossary button from the main menu.

The 'Glossary Manager' page is displayed.

Click New... at the top of the screen.

The 'Add Glossary Term' form displays.

Enter the following:
Term = 'Matrix'
Short Description = 'Matrix - guidance and structure'
Long Description = 'Matrix - A tool used by the CIG Coordinator to assist the CIG Portfolio Owner by providing guidance and structure to complete tasks.'
Click Save button.

The 'Glossary Manager' page is displayed with the new term 'Matrix' listed.
