Agenda

  • Report on 7/20 UC-Berkeley/Stanford scope meeting
  • Status of solicited CM feedback from the community.
    • meeting with Oracle this week (Josh and Marc)
    • anything from John Bush from rSmart (Duffy)

Notes

Last weeks SU & UCB Pow wow:
¿ Short term design framework (0, 1) = we are calling it the "Pinto +"
¿ See notes page and ppt for context and conclusions
¿ No commitment to work on phases 3 & 4

Concerns/questions about the meeting:
¿ Daisy concerned about SIS data being available when needed in the create site workflow. SU team will have an off-line meeting to discuss getting the right data from their registrar

¿ Daisy & Lydia working 50% on CM starting in August
¿ They both prefer to work on a functional area (vertically rather than horizontally). Duffy thinks this works fine but we'll need to make sure communication is good. Further discussion in off-line meeting will happen later this week with Josh, Duffy, Daisy, Lydia to discuss the work breakdown.

To Do:
¿ Duffy & Josh to complete work breakdown and post to jira in next week or so
¿ Marc & Daphne to do the same from the design side
