Cannot add negative points to the 'Multiple Choice' questions

Tested out by creating a site and test on the SQL build in Safari browser. The text field for negative points now displays a message explaining why you cannot input values (if you cannot). If you set the question to allow negative points, it the allows the input of negative points in that field.

That sentence is only meant to be informative, and not elaborate on all the possible combinations. It only appears when the box is disabled!

How would those using the minimum point feature feel if they received no indication.

Does "points deducted" adequately convey to an instructor that the software is going to do a very abnormal scoring action and take points away from the user's total score? Maybe "points deducted from total score" conveys this rare scoring action. I'm not sure, this all seems like wording for the 1% of instructors that actually make non-mistaken use of this feature.

Regardless, let's file a JIRA to accept the absolute value of the entry here.

Why mention "minimum point" if it's not enabled? If an institution chooses not to enable it, they still have this confusing wording to sort out.
