Cannot add negative points to True/False questions

Description

True/False Questions have the negative point text box shown, but disabled due to minimum point and partial credit options. There is no way to enable negative points (there is for multiple choice questions) or disable minimum point/partial credit options.

To Reproduce:

  1. Create an assessment

  2. Add a True/False question

  3. Try to enter negative point value

I've tested this issue in https://trunk-oracle.nightly.sakaiproject.org/portal and it works well. The 'Negative point field' is enabled.

Hi

The 'Negative point value' in True/False questions was introduced in SAK-14106 on 2008.

The only issue is that the field is disabled. If this field is removed, you should take into account that this field is used in the part configuration too. Please see this image.

I believe the display of negative points here is incorrect and not applicable. Sounds like this field should be removed or actually implemented via more types as described on SAM-1112.

The 'Negative point value' field in the True/False questions should always be enabled because this kind of questions not depend on 'Multiple Choice' question params.

Note: adding an Answer Point Value does not allow negative points - text box is still disabled
