Turn the setting default for poh.resources.content.sync.visibility to true

Description

In there was a feature added to sync up the content to the site visibility. I think this is a good feature and the default should be enabled. This would resolve other issues like and is fixed so it should be good.

poh.resources.content.sync.visibility = true
