Excepted student cannot see quiz

Environment
Test Plan
Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a test as instructor. Make a due date for very soon, since you want it to expire.
2) Let the due date expire
3) Go to settings and add an Exception to allow a single student to take the test , with dates that are after the expiration date.
4) Log in a student and try to take the test.

I don't see any issues with date pickers anymore, so closing as incorporated.

@Neal Caidin @Laura Gekeler I just checked this again, it is currently still an issue as the missing date picker makes it impossible to add an exception. It is unclear if this is the same issue as https://sakaiproject.atlassian.net/browse/SAM-3119#icft=SAM-3119

I can reproduce @Molly Kelsey finding about date pickers missing under certain circumstances but I think it is a different issue than this one, so I'll open a new Jira and link to this one.

Student in the Exception group is unable to access the test if their Availability date is after the Due and/or Retraction date of the Main Quiz.
Instructor encountered one error:
1) Quiz was listed as having been submitted late in the submission screen.
