Due date assigned but when student takes quiz states there is no due date.

Description

I created a quiz. For the overall quiz, there was no assigned due date.

For a student user they had the following exceptions:

Available Date: 03/16/2016 11:30 am
Due Date: 03/16/2016 11:45 am
Retract Date: 03/19/2016 11:35 am

When student went to take the quiz, they were instructed that there was no due date.

I can verify that today, it looks great! Date was correct in both the Take an Assessment area and the Begin Assessment area.

This fix does not appear to be in Marists' qa01 test site yet. Too early to confirm?

Verified in https://trunk-oracle.nightly.sakaiproject.org/ using these settings:
settings1 and settings2.

It works fine in trunk. It happens in Sakai 11 yet. It should be merged to 11.
