Locked/Hidden Tool Status in Left Tool Menu

Description

When tools are locked or hidden in the “Tool Order” page of Site Info, reflect this in the left tool menu of the site by:

  • Italicizing the tool title/icon

  • Changing the icon/font color for the tool to light grey

  • When tool menu is expanded, include a lock/eye icon in the upper-right of the tool respectively

  • When tool menu is collapsed, include only the light grey italicized icon

Note: for icons, use the font-awesome eye icon (http://fortawesome.github.io/Font-Awesome/icon/eye-slash/) and lock icon (http://fortawesome.github.io/Font-Awesome/icon/lock/)

Hi . Yup. is picking this one up. There were some issues with surfacing the lock icon in the left had menu, which we can deal with post 11.0. For now, we're just aiming to get the eye icon, along with italics and gray styling, int he left menu for both hidden and locked tools.

Are you planning to do this? I think I remember the topic from a morpheus call but I don't remember how topic ended. This would be a "Feature Request", wouldn't it?

Wondering if, for consistency's sake, the Statistics tool should always be italicized since students can NEVER see it?
