navigation problem in preview mode in tests and quizzes (samigo)

server used - 2.5.4 server for Pete Sakai QA Network qa5-us (svn tags/sakai-2.5.4-rc02) using Oracle - Built: 01/09/09 13:03 - Sakai sakai-2.5.4-rc02 - Server tartar

1. when attempting to preview a multi-question assessment, at the first question, the navigation buttons
are non-functional. selecting "next" precipitates an error message "assessment no longer available.
contact your instructor" and "click continue to go to the system login page." date/s in settings are
immaterial. there's also no "continue" button on the 2.5.4 test server version I was using...

2. if your settings are for 1 question/page, allow random access to each question and, at the first first question,
you select the table of contents to get to another question, you have the same problem/error messages
as above attempting to use the next/previous buttons.

this may be related to the other JIRAs I have linked here??
