Error is seen in preview assessment when the available date is in the feature

Description

Error is seen in preview assessment when the available date is in the feature. This happens only when the second page. That is, if all the questions are displayed in one page, you will not be able to reproduce this. Here is the error message:

The assessment you have requested is currently not available. Please contact your instructor if you have any questions. Click "Continue" to go to the system login page.

verified it on qa1-nl. I am able to preview assessment that will be avaible in a month.
