Preview Assessments should work all the time

QA ENVIRONMENT -
vista enterprise, firefox as IOR, ie7 as student
server used - Sakai QA Network qa5-us (svn tags/sakai-2.5.5-beta01) using Oracle - Built: 04/23/09 10:10 - Sakai sakai-2.5.5-beta01 - Server tartar
QA SUMMARY -
1 - created test, set release 10 minutes in the future, due date 10 minutes after that and
retract date 10 minutes after that.
2 - note "preview assessment" is not a function for the published test, but only for the core assessment.
3 - in all 3 cases/time periods above (as well as when the assessment was open for
students to take) I could preview the assessment and navigate through it with
previous/next buttons.
4 - after retract time, I also removed (=deleted) the assessment and could still preview
the core version.
no issues encountered.

No matter what kind of conditions, the Preview should work all the time. Here are the conditions to verify:
1. Before available date.
2. After due date.
3. After retracted date.
