Working on Category "Include in grade:" option, which is not set upon importing into existing gradebook/category. It's only set correctly when imported into an empty gradebook.

When exporting a gradebook's "grades & structure", all gradebook settings (especially the ones that control the final grade calculation processes) should be included in the export file so that they can be used for auditing of the data and results externally, and used on import to a new gradebook to create one that acts exactly the same as the source gradebook, and produces the same results from the data.
A) currently, at the category level, the settings that are not exported are:
Weight items by points:
B) currently, at the individual grade entry level for a student, the setting that is not exported is:
Excuses (to ignore item score if present)
NOTE: As was decided during the Support & Training meeting on 09-13-2011, we won't include the Excuses setting.
C) Include in grade setting does not seem to be transferred.
