Post-2.2.0 Resource Requirements Work
A group of universities with a compelling interest in Resources requirements (REQ-375 and REQ-378 in particular) are banding together to try to work out a way to meet them in coordination with longer-term plans of the Resources project.

It's June - August '06. And I'm still looking for a better name, like "The Osterman Affair" or something.
Let's mix titles and series from the same author and go with "The Osterman Ultimatum".
