Drop Box tool - plans for 2.5

Note that there are also a number of bugs to fix which will be addressed for 2.5.

add notifications to DropBox - SAK-10925 (Students will see an option (similar to mail tool) allowing them to pick an instructor / instructors to receive an automatic mail. Selecting the 'email instructor' checkbox will reveal the box which allows them to pick who gets the email - for clarity / consistency, they can't change the text of that mail at the moment. Instructors see a box they can tick that will send a mail to the student who owns the drop box)

remove the 'access' column - SAK-5565

'size' column should display total number of files - SAK-5565

General - Permissions

At present, Permissions settings are not available for DropBox. We may want to enable permissions so that students can, for example, be prevented from deleting resources: SAK-1828
