Resources Work for Sakai 2.2
The following work is planned for 2.2:
Attachment helper: Use refactored attachment helper, links and SecurityAdviser in velocity tools.
Group awareness: Allow user to limit access to particular group(s).
Limiting display to public: Allow admin to set a sakai.properties value to turn on/off ability to make resources public.
Creative Commons: Enable use of Creative Commons license for resources.
Citations and Citation Lists: Add new item-types that can be created/modified/accessed in resources.

We're in the same boat as Clay. We must have REQ-375 (Timed release/retract of Resources) addressed for the welfare of our Fall semester full deployment and are willing to work on it. Is the list above the definitive list or is there still room for getting this into 2.2?
There are some high-priority resources requirements that surfaced in the recent polling that we're keenly interested in, and are prepared to devote development resources to. What can be done to try to add our efforts to the Resources work for 2.2?
