Resources Work for Sakai 2.2

The following work is planned for 2.2:

• Attachment helper: Use refactored attachment helper, links and SecurityAdviser in velocity tools.

• Group awareness: Allow user to limit access to particular group(s).

• Limiting display to public: Allow admin to set a sakai.properties value to turn on/off ability to make resources public.

• Creative Commons: Enable use of Creative Commons license for resources.

• Citations and Citation Lists: Add new item-types that can be created/modified/accessed in resources.
