Other orderings

One of the proposals in the materials Charles posted is that instructors (and other site maintainers) be given a way to establish a view of resources in a collection with a default ordering other than one of the sorts now offered. The particular implementation suggested is that privileged users use "up" and "down" links to move items up or down in the listing and that the ascending or descending alphabetical sort by "title" be replaced with the this default ordering.
