If currently logged in from a previous activity,Log out
Log in as portfolio owner #2. In top-right corner of 'Welcome' page enter:
user id: 'njarrett'
password: 'newton'
Click 'Log in' button.

Select the Course tab.

List of course-type sites appears.

Select BUS 101 001 W06 site from the list.

Course Home appears.

Click Matrices from the main menu.

The 'Manage Matrices' page is displayed, with the 'Communications Matrix' listed.

Click the link Communications Matrix

The 'Manage Matrices' page is now displayed with the graphical layout of the 'Communications Matrix'.

Click the cell denoting Freshman/Written

The 'Moreen Dora: Communications Matrix: Skill: Written; Year: Freshman' page should appear.

Under 'Items', next to 'Form: Contact Information' click Add

The 'Contact Information Structured Data' form displays.

Fill out the form as desired and click Save Changes

The view cell page re-displays with the contact form listed

Under 'Items', next to 'Attachments' click the Add link

The 'Add Attachment' page appears

Click 'Browse' to select a random file from your computer.

The Resources list page appears with your item listed in the 'Items to attach' area.

Click Continue

The cell page re-appears with your file listed under the 'Attachments' area.

In the 'Reflection' area, click the Add link

The reflection form is displayed

Enter the following:
Display Name Freshman Writing Experience by M. Dora
Reflection Text This is the reflection from Moreen Dora.
Click Save Changes

The matrix cell is displayed, with the new reflection 'Freshman Writing Experience by M. Dora'

Click Submit Cell for Evaluation

The 'Submit for Evaluation' page is displayed, which shows the following alert Are you sure you want to submit the following page for evaluation?.

Click Submit

The matrix cell page is displayed with the following alert at the top: Cell page cannot be altered: PENDING

Click Return to Matrix button at the bottom of the page to view the Matrix.

The graphical view of the matrix is displayed and inside the 'Freshman/Written' cell are icons for the documents that were added. The background color should be that of a pending cell.

Click the Freshman/Written cell to ensure that it can no longer be edited.

The matrix cell page is displayed and the 'Add' links no longer appear.

Click Wizards from the main menu.

The 'Wizard Manager' list page is displayed.

Click the link for Sequential Communications Wizard

The intro page to the wizard is displayed. The buttons at the bottom should read Continue, Return to Wizards, Submit for Evaluation

Click Continue

The first page of the wizard is displayed with the 'Wacky Style' stylesheet.

Under 'Items' -> Attachments click the Add link

The 'Add Attachment' page with 'Resources' area below should appear and default to the student's own personal workspace area.

Click Browse beside Upload local file and upload a file from your desktop.

Your uploaded file is listed under 'Items to attach'.

Click Continue

The Wizard page re-appears with your file listed under the 'Attachments' area.

Click the Add link beside Reflection

The reflection page is displayed for the Form Type 'Reflection'

Enter the following: Title M. Dora's reflection - sequential wizard
Description This is Moreen Dora's reflection on using this sequential wizard.
Click Save Changes

The Wizard page is displayed, with the new reflection 'M. Dora's reflection - sequential wizard'

Click Submit Page for Evaluation button

The 'Submit for Evaluation' page is displayed, which displays the wizard page title. Additionally, the following alert is shown:  "Are you sure you want to submit the following page for evaluation?"

Click Submit

The page is displayed for the next page in the wizard

Click Wizards from the main menu.

The 'Wizards' list page is displayed.

Click the link for Hierarchical Communications Wizard.

The wizard is displayed and lists the categories/pages that the instructor has created toward the bottom.

Click the link Relationship building to view the page.

The correct wizard page appears with the correct stylesheet.

Under 'Items' -> 'Attachments' click the Add link

The 'Add Attachment' page with 'Resources' area below should appear and default to the student's own personal workspace area.

Click Browse beside Upload local file and upload a file from your desktop.

Your uploaded file is listed under 'Items to attach'.

The Wizard page re-appears with your file listed under the 'Attachments' area.

Click the Add link beside Reflection

The page is displayed for the Form Type 'Reflection'

Enter the following:
Title M. Dora's Reflection - Hierarchical Wizard
Description This is Moreen Dora's reflection on the role-playing negotiations that took place in class. Negotiations did not go well. The other side blocked the deal at every step and it was impossible to find any common ground upon which we could agree.
Click Save Changes

The wizard page is displayed, with the new reflection 'M. Dora's Reflection - Hierarchical Wizard'

Click Submit Page for Evaluation

The 'Submit for Evaluation' page is displayed, which displays the wizard page title. Additionally, the following alert is shown: "Are you sure you want to submit the following page for evaluation?"

Click Submit

The main page for the wizard is displayed with an alert at the top stating the 'Relationship Building Skills' page has been submitted and below the 'Pending' status with a yellow background is displayed for the page.
