Click Forms from the left menu. |
The 'Form Manager' is displayed with at least one form listed. |

Underneath the title of the added form definition, click export. |
A dialog box appears asking you if you want to Open, Save, or Cancel the operation. |

Click Save |
The Save As dialog box is displayed. |

Choose to save the file to your desktop |
The file *ExportFormDefinition.zip file is saved to your desktop. |
5 |
Locate the ExportFormDefinition.zip file on your desktop and double-click to view the files that exist. |
Two files should be contained within the .zip file - 'formDefinition.xml' and 'schema.xsd'. |
