When hiding Resources within a course, it's not available on the toolbar.
But, when go you through MyWorkspace's Resources "Show other sites", you can still access the course's resources content directly.
I don't know how to submit this both for Contrib: PageOrderHelper and Resources so I'm doing a double JIRA.
