Possible to delete Site Info, leading to tool failure

If you remove the Site Info page from the site, pageorderhelper can no longer operate correctly. See screenshot.

Guess I didn't phrase that strongly enough. The delete link will not be shown for SiteInfo or Worksite Setup no matter their requiredness plus the delete link will not be shown for any tool that is makred as required for the site type in toolOrder.xml

I'm not sure that's strong enough for the case of Site Info - what if you don't have it specified as required in toolOrder.xml ?

With SAK-9120, the delete link is not rendered for SiteInfo, WorksiteSetup or any tool that is 'requried' in toolOrder.xml for the current site type.

Related to this is that if you specify require="yes" for a tool in toolOrder.xml, pageorderhelper doesn't prevent you from removing the page with that tool.
