Issue
On Trunk (23.x) after the great addition of the new publication options for a site (e.g. to set a date to publish a site automatically), the “Manage Access” feature of the “Site Info” tool of any site is broken. Selecting the feature produces a stacktrace error. This happens in course and project sites.
Steps to Replicate
Go to a site as an instructor or maintain user
Go to Site Info
Select Manage Access
The “Error: An unexpected error has occurred” message displays.
