Unpublished Sites: No banner for instructors

Description

With the new Trinity portal (Sakai 23+), there is not currently an obvious indication to instructors that the site is not published. In prior versions, there was a very noticeable “Unpublished Site - Publish Now?” banner across the top of the page. Currently, the only way for an instructor on 23 or Trunk/24 to see that a site is not published is to go to Site Info → Manage Access (currently broken) or the Worksite Setup page.

Please restore the Unpublished Site/Publish Now banner for instructors on 23+ to make it clear when a site is not available to students and to make it easy to publish the site.

Woo-hoo! My thanks to everyone involved with resolving this issue, and of course, for Dayton for sharing the new functionality of scheduling publication of classes, etc. Great work, all!

Banner shows the scheduled publish date/time if one is set and has the Publish Now button.
