All the items that are currently linked as separate issues should be subtasks of their parent jiras. It's very frustrating that Sakai jira is left so disorganized and hard to find things when you need them because a few people dislike using parent tasks properly @Earle Nietzel. I really think the Core Team should re-review keeping this messy jira structure.
