Event duration error when importing Google Calendar

Description

When importing an external calendar, for example from google, Sakai doubles the duration of events.

Yeah, I was wrong. In the incidence https://sakaiproject.atlassian.net/browse/SAK-42830#icft=SAK-42830 Sakai 19 is affected and I was confused thinking that this error also occurred.

I could not reproduce in 19.x. I'm attaching the ics file.

It seems like something is wrong at the import step rather than the display. On 19.x it has the times from 1:00-2:01PM but they they display as expected.

However on 20.x+ it doubles the times from the same ics file.

From the images you posted it looks like 12 and 19 are the same, the difference just seems like between those and 20/21 (which also have a different UI which was updated in SAK-42430.  Is this correct? I'll check this out on master.
