Calendar: Upgrade ical4j from 2.0.5 to 3.0.7

Description

iCal4j 3.0.7 is the latest version of the library and should be upgraded.

This doesn't need to be merged as it was in the 20.x branch before it was cut

It does not affect the user experience. The events import without user-facing errors and display on the calendar. Will set this to verified but filed a Jira on the error just so it's documented:
