Quizzes: If instructor previews quiz and clicks Done, instructor is kicked out of editing the quiz

Description

If the instructor is creating/editing a quiz and clicks preview, then clicks Done on the preview, the instructor is kicked out of the quiz to the main Tests & Quizzes page.

Clicking Done on the preview should take the instructor back to the edit page of the quiz.

Possibly related to SAK-41786?

This is still a problem affecting all nightly servers

To be more specific, the done button should always take you back to the last page you were viewing before you accessed the preview (main page of Tests & Quizzes if accessed from the Actions menu drop-down).
