samigo: Option to add minimum point value for additional question types.

Description

The minimum point value option is not currently available for the following question types:

File Upload
Calculated Question
Student Audio Response
Survey - Matrix of Choices (I know some would prefer not to allow points for survey - matrix questions due to inconsistency with the simple survey type question, but it's the only way to design a table question where students select row/column combinations for answers)
Hot Spot

For consistency, it should be added for these question types. Additionally, at UVA, an instructor specifically requested the option to automatically award students points for uploading a file.

Note that Hot Spot question types also have the option to enable *partial credit*, and because minimum value is not compatible with partial credit (at least for multiple choice, see https://sakaiproject.atlassian.net/browse/SAK-34160#icft=SAK-34160), the behavior of this would need to be tested as well. I have not included Hot Spot-specific steps in the testing steps because UVA does not have the Hot Spot question type enabled due to accessibility issues with it. Someone more familiar with Hot Spot questions will need to add testing steps for it.

Test Plan

On the server where you are testing, enable the property *samigo.allowMinScore = true*.
In a site with at least one student, create a quiz with questions of each of the following types, and for each question, include a point value* of *10 and a minimum point value* of *5.
- File Upload
- Calculated Question - for this question, make sure there are at least 3 answers required for it to be fully correct - this will ensure that you can answer one part of it correctly and still score less than the minimum points.
- Student Audio Response
- Survey - Matrix of Choices
- Hot Spot - for this question, make sure there are at least 3 answers required for it to be fully correct - this will ensure that you can answer one part of it correctly and still score less than the minimum points.
In the Settings, select:
- Unlimited submissions
- Grading and Feedback > Feedback on Submission, and enable the following feedback:
  - Student Response
  - Correct Response
  - Question and Part Scores
  - Assessment Scores
As a student, submit the quiz four times, answering all the questions. For each submission, answer the Hot Spot and Calculated Question as follows:
1. All incorrect answers
2. One correct answer and two incorrect
3. Two correct answers and one incorrect answer
4. All correct answers
Check your feedback for each submission and confirm:
- If you would normally score less than the minimum point value, you get the minimum points for each question, i.e. for submissions 1 and 2, you get 5 points for the Calculated Question and Hot Spot.
- If you would normally score higher than the minimum point value, you get the points you earned, e.g. for submission 3, you get 6.67 points for the Calculated Question and submission 4, you get 10 points.
