Description
Good day
This feature has to option that if one enables the partial credit, a portion of the total points for a question is awarded when an answer isn't entirely correct. This is not the same for Points deducted for incorrect answer as this for all the questions that are wrong. This is when there are certain answers that might be correct.
For example, one could add a multiple choice question:
What is furthers planet from the sun A) Neptune B) Uranus C) Mars D) Pluto
The correct answer is Neptune which counts 5 marks For Pluto which is not anymore classified as a planet one can get a partial credit of 40% or 2 marks.
This would apply for: Calculated question Fill in the Blank Hot spot (is already here, but I struggle to get it working) Matching Multiple Choice Numeric Response True False (although this may also be done by Points deducted for incorrect answer)
Minimum point value allows partial credit for most of these question types. For the questions it does not currently address, I created SAK-40473.

There is a minimum point value option for questions, which applies to the following question types; it may provide the partial credit you'd like at least for some of the questions listed above:
Fill in the Blank
Matching
Multiple Choice
Numeric Response
Short Answer/Essay
True False
This minimum value feature can be enabled with a property; I've linked to the related feature jira.

Hi , the Teaching and Learning group reviewed this request and sees this as low priority compared to other potential enhancements and bug fixes.
