Gradebook: Revert the action of setting grade items to 0 (zero)

Description

If the option to add the "zeros" all at once will be there, users need to have the option to undo what they just did.

Perhaps have a marker in the code to keep track of the state/a way to see if it was changed through the 'change all ungraded to 0' functionality.

I’m sure it is still a needed feature, but UVA is discontinuing use of Sakai.

is this feature still needed in the newer versions of Sakai? The current affects versions only show 12.0.

Yes, as the teaching and learning group has said more than once, anywhere there's a way to "DO" something, there needs to be a way to "UNdo" it.
