Integrate the ScoringAgent API into Gradebook to enable support with iRubric

Description

In SAK-23717, a new ScoringAgent API was introduced in edu-services to allow tools to integrate with a scoring service (iRubric in particular) without using patches or including third party code. This jira is for integrating the Sakai Gradebook tool with the new API.
