This item has been included in the 1.1.0-rc1 and rolled to UCD staging in preparation for production release.

QA SUMMARY -
verify that calculated grade shows for overridden course grades.

as student and IOR, checked student view for letter grades, % and p/np sites.
this and testing 343 confirms calculated grade has been added to the page in student and
IOR-view as student views.
also, if a grade is overridden because a student has NO work turned in and has no calculated grade, the override grade appears next to Course Grade and nothing shows for calculated grade.

The requested behaviour was to display the calculated grade only when an override for the grade was present. Otherwise the calculated grade is shown in parens after the course grade.
