  12. Have you implemented any "smart-targeting" techniques? Smart-targeting techniques provide users of the link resolver more reliable services in an easy to manage user interface. An example of a smart-targeting technique is to place more reliable targets for full text at the top of a list of targets containing less reliable targets for full text. This would require rating the reliability of target services and then having them sorted before being presented to the user.
  13. Do you have any major enhancements planned for your link resolver or for your link resolver's environment (i.e. adding ILL service option, gathering usage statistics...)?
