The IMS RLI specification is useful for Sakaibrary because it provides an option for structuring Citations, CitationLists and their functionality. The IMS RLI specification can be compared to the O.K.I. Repository OSID and the Sakai SRW Repository OSID Implementation.
Of particular interest is the IMS RLI Data Model.
